Bangalore bands win at GIMA Awards

It's good news for Bangaloreans. At the recently held GIMA Awards in Mumbai, Bangalore band, The Raghu Dixit Project, won the Best Live Act 2013 award and Thermal and A Quarter won the Best Rock Album award.

While Raghu, after receiving the award, tweeted, "Last night, me n my band were awarded the Best Live Act 2013 at the GIMA Awards! Obviously, I couldn't hide my joy!" Bruce Lee Mani's post read, "Just won : GIMA Award - Best Rock Album, 3 Wheels 9 Lives."
